Sometime around Q1-Q2 of 2020 Hvitravnur AB became official, registered at the Swedish Company Registry Office and getting a tax code ❤️
Fast forward to end of 2024, and I will be formally closing the books of the fifth year of the company (ok fourth year with actual business, as I didn’t start with my first client until the start of 2021 – but fifth annual report non the less).
Aside from working on the annual report, I am taking the time to reflect on what I and Hvitravnur AB have done the past five years:
- Four Large Cap clients, 2 contract prolongations and 7 assignments
- Working with 4 different industries
- Working with strategy, organizational and digital transformation, hybrid workplace implementation, performance management, data governance and more
I found it natural to adapt to the risks of having to sell your own time, to constantly work on my pipeline and being prepared to jump between assignments quickly (I have gone through some wild onboardings, all of them entailing quite fun anecdotes that I will never share with you).
From a personal preference, modus operandi and life philosophy – being an independent consultant is the best work related option for me and I hope me and Hvitravnur get many more years together.
Many thanks to the clients, managers and colleagues who entrusted me with their projects – I hope we get to work together again (historically speaking, this has been the case with 3 out of 4 clients so the chances are big for that to happen).
